MESSY BéBē™ (pronounced “messy babies”) is an acronym created to make its meaning easy for one to remember. MESSY BéBē™ represents the “Mental, Emotional, Self-Sabotage Yielding Beliefs and Behaviors™” that are formed when proper care is not taken primarily in the formative years, to provide the social, emotional, mental, and spiritual foundation necessary for the healthy development of one’s identity. And because we’re born to imperfect people in a fallen world, we all likely have had them and many go through life struggling to overcome them.
